Troy is a graduate of Florida State University, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Accounting in 1974, and has been a Florida Certified Public Accountant since 1975. Troy is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Florida Institute of CPAs. Troy founded Register & Company, P.A., in January 1980.
